The Kerbedanz International Warranty
Your Kerbedanz timepiece is guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. With this warranty, we undertake to repair – free of charge – any watch malfunction resulting from a material or manufacturing defect existing at the date of purchase in accordance with the general conditions below.

Warranty extension
All Kerbedanz timepieces covered by the initial 2-year warranty can be extended by 4 years for a total of 6 years of warranty. To benefit from this extension, simply register your timepiece in the designated MyKerbedanz section.
All the terms and conditions set out in the “International Warranty” remain applicable.

BLOCKCHAIN
A digital passport
To guarantee the authenticity and traceability of its products, Kerbedanz issues a private, unique, and secure digital blockchain passport for each Kerbedanz object using Arianee technology.
This passport guarantees the authenticity and ownership of your object, to access information about it (reference, serial number), and to track its history (date of purchase, validity of the warranty, repairs), as well as monitor the transactions that have taken place during the product’s life cycle.
All while guaranteeing the complete security of your personal data.
To access your digital passport, simply scan the QR code on the back of the warranty card issued with the product at the time of purchase.
